EARLY DELIVERY – Thurs & Fri, Sept 25/26 • 11a-5p: Product & Merch (Inform me of Display units for other instruction)

- Boxes and items should be clearly marked with TABLE NAME (and WeHa Whiskey)

- Service Entrance Only – Use driveway to the right of the building to access loading area (Contact: Jeff Sylvain, F&B)

 

REPORT YOUR DONATIONS TO THE STATE: Instructions were emailed. Be in touch with questions.
Whoever is making the donation (supplier, out-of-state shipper, distributor) must do the reporting. It is only "reporting", not asking permission to donate. Pass these instructions onto your admin if necessary.

- Go to https://elicense.ct.gov and log into your active permit account
- Go to "More Online Services"
- Click "License Maintenance"
- Click "Start" and choose "Liquor Donation" on the drop down menu
- Follow instructions and when you get your confirmation, plz forward to me.


ARRIVAL: Tables will be ready by 3:00pm latest (earlier arrival or Friday upon request)
- See me FIRST in the lobby to check in and pick up credentials (including AGENCIES) (2 badges per table)

- Load-in through the Main Entrance
- VIP guests arrive 5:30-6p. If it is backed up, enter around the left side of the building on the patio

 

PARKING: After unloading, promptly move your vehicle to the back of the main parking lot

 

SET UP:
- Tables are 8 x 30" with white linen (advise if you are bringing a display and do NOT need a table) (Chairs upon request)
- Table # will be on an easel back sign / BRING signage, branding and give-aways
- TBCC will supply ICE - BRING a tub or bucket & tongs (ice will be delivered to your table upon request)
- Water pitcher and Dump Bucket will be supplied but feel free to bring your own
- Trash receptacles are in various spots (please manage your trash removal)

TASTING: There will be approx 350 guests (update on 9/24)
- Bring approx 4 btls per product (pours should be approx 1/4 oz)
- Guests will receive a take-home glass at check in to use throughout the evening (do not take glasses please)
- Bring your own additional or special cups, and other supplies if needed
- Guests with GREEN wristbands are DESIGNATED DRIVERS and should not be served (along with a STAR hand stamp)
- Intoxicated guests should not be served. Use your discretion in asking staff for help in this situation

9:30 BREAKDOWN: Do not breakdown early even if you run out. Vehicles can be moved closer when guests leave.
         - If leaving open bottles, put in a case under your table

           See me if you need overnight storage

ENCOURAGE GUESTS to PLACE ORDERS! Send them to the Order Table
The program includes products at a discount and contains an ORDER FORM (credit cards taken)


NOTE:   - CIGAR smoking is allowed on the lower patio

              - Sit-down dining space is available on the patio or in the Men’s Card Room (VIP room near entrance)

- Non-alcoholic beverages & water will be served at the bar (TBD)

- Restrooms are located each side of the Main Entrance
